All Immigrant 13 years of age & above, whether traveling alone or with other family members, must attend the CFO/PDOS prior to departure. Equally important is a requirement for Filipino Fiancé/es to undergo Guidance & Counseling at the CFO as a pre-requisite for departure from the country.

All Immigrant 12 years old & below are exempted from attending the seminar but should be registered with the CFO, even by proxy, prior to departure
