4. Programs, Events & Participation

• Registration does not guarantee participation unless confirmed
• EAI reserves the right to modify programs, speakers, schedules, venues, or formats
• Fees (where applicable) are subject to stated refund and cancellation policies
• EAI is not responsible for personal losses incurred during events

5. Consultancy & Corporate Engagements

All consultancy engagements are governed by:

• Formal contracts or engagement letters
• Defined scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees
• Confidentiality and professional standards

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes
• Participation in programs is at the user's discretion and risk

7. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared during engagements, programs, or partnerships shall be treated with strict confidentiality unless disclosure is legally required.

8. Termination

EAI may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• Terms are violated
• False information is provided
• Actions undermine organizational values or legal compliance

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Amendments

EAI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
